Lost your key?

Use Find my key. Type the email address you used to buy OkayPC and we’ll send your key to it again.

Using your key on another PC

One purchase covers 2 PCs: yours and one family member’s. If you get a new PC or reinstall Windows, unlock OkayPC there with the same key and it moves to that PC (once every 90 days).

Refunds

Not for you? You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Reply to your key email or write to [email protected].

Removing OkayPC

Open Settings, then Apps. Find OkayPC in the list of apps and choose Uninstall. This works the same on Windows 10 and 11. Changes Fix it made stay as they are.

Family emails

Every family email has a link at the bottom to stop them. You can also stop them in OkayPC, on the Family tab.
